We are currently looking for Cloacal Chick Sexers to join us at our Goulburn, NSW Hatchery, located just a two-hour drive from Sydney and an hour from Canberra.

What You'll Do:

Your main task will be sexing day-old Ross parent, grandparent, and great grandparent breeder chicks. We need your proven expertise in cloacal sexing, especially in high-volume hatcheries with breeder parent and grandparent stock. You'll be able to achieve a 98% accuracy rate, a 48.5% sexing split, and a minimum sexing rate of 900 chicks per hour. Your working days and hours are dependent on the hatch schedule and this will change on a week-to-week basis. Typically this role requires early starts from around 5.30am, although the working day generally is finished by 2.00pm.

Your Requirements:

You'll need to be able to pass an IELTS (English) test with an overall test score of at least 5.0, with no minimum score in any of the four individual test components.
