Full time, salaried role with the ability to work flexibly after your probation period.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt of goods, visitors, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee procurement administration, ensuring everything runs efficiently
- Handle a variety of general administrative tasks with ease
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to keep the workplace safe
- Track and monitor production data to support operational success
- Provide critical support for rostering systems, ensuring schedules stay on track
- Assist with biosecurity administration to ensure we meet the highest standards
What We're Looking For:
- A master of organisation with strong communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with an eye for detail and excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Experience with rostering systems is a bonus
- A team player who's always ready to pitch in and help out wherever needed

Experience Requirements:
- Certificate II or III in Business Administration or at least 2 years in a similar role
- A solid grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite to keep everything running smoothly
Must Have:
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Meet Biosecurity standards (no contact with live birds, chickens, or pigs)
- Unrestricted and unlimited working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Permanent Residency). Sorry, we are unable offer sponsorship for this role.
